Cinematic films by Patrick Smith, made with intention for couples and for the people who build things. A limited number of commissions each year.
Every film starts the same way: quiet attention. Moving with intention, anticipating the moment before it arrives, and shaping it into something you'll want to watch for decades. Whether it's a first look or a crew pouring a foundation at sunrise, the work deserves to be seen properly.
Full-day coverage and artfully crafted films for couples who want their day remembered the way it felt.

See commercial work →The best builders, fabricators and tradespeople in New England are known by word of mouth, and invisible online. A great film changes that. It wins bigger jobs, attracts better hires, and tells the story of a business someone built with their own hands.
A 60–120 second cinematic story of who you are, how you work and why customers trust you. Built for your website and your sales calls.
Show the crew, the culture and the craft. The fastest way to attract skilled people who want to work somewhere real.
One build, start to finish. Proof of your work that sells the next job before you even quote it.
Vertical edits from every shoot, ready for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so every couple gets my full attention, from the first call to the final film.

I'm locked in on the day, then craft your film with care.
I started cutting footage to music in 2008 and filmed my first wedding in 2018. More than 300 couples later, the goal hasn't changed: use the camera not simply to capture what's happening, but to preserve how it felt.
On the day, I'm locked in. I work alongside your vendors, blend in when that's what the moment needs and step forward when it calls for it, and keep the energy steady so you can actually be present. The same instincts make my commercial work honest: I'd rather film real people doing real work than stage anything.
Away from the camera you'll find me with my family, at the gym, on the trails, or deep in a home project.
"This is your day, so your peace is the priority."

“5 [stars] truly does not do Pat’s service and work justice. His creativity and attention to detail was remarkable, and his talent exceeded expectations.”
“I had met Pat previously at one of my best friend’s weddings and the wedding video he made for them left me in awe of his talent (and crying).”
